Vice President of Marketing and Business Development, Xylem 2010-2012

Member of division management team. Led marketing, strategy and business development in leading pump manufacturing, rental and dewatering services business. Responsible for product management, strategic growth initiatives, market communication and customer training for the Godwin and Flygt brands.

Vice President of Marketing, RSC Equipment Rental (United Rentals) 2008-2010

Responsible for corporate marketing function in NYSE listed $1.3bn equipment rental company. Ran integrated sales campaigns, branding, customer satisfaction research and internal communication. Developed marketing plan for Total Control software product. Owned the P/L for a $50M merchandise business across 450 branches.

Executive team member of $1.8bn general line distributor, with 1.4M SKU's and 30,000 vendors. Managed 46 employees in strategic pricing, proposals, and market communication. Organized and executed large meetings, opened new branches.
